🔧 Machine Process Overview

1. Film Feeding & Collar Forming

   • The packing film roll is drawn through a stainless-steel collar-type former which shapes the pouch.

   • Available in multiple collar sizes for different pouch dimensions (center-seal, gusset, or pillow-type).

2. Vertical Sealing

   • High-precision vertical sealing jaws seal the back of the pouch using temperature-controlled heat bars.

3. Filling Unit – Auger Type with Servo Drive

   • Auger Screw Filling System ensures accurate and dust-free dispensing of glucose powder.

   • Servo Motor Based Control enables:

     • High-accuracy weight control

     • Variable speed adjustment

     • No mechanical backlash

   • Especially suitable for fine and hygroscopic powders like glucose, ORS, and energy drink mixes.

4. Horizontal Sealing & Cutting

   • The horizontal sealers close the top and bottom of each pouch.
