The machine will put the materials in to inner bag rst and put the inner bag in to the outer bag to nish the inner bag and outer bag packing on the machine. The sealing type of the inner bag and outer bag is three sides. The machine has the function of the dual orientation device which will allign the tea bag and the tag in side the so that each packet comes out with the tea bag displaying the tag. The machine is a unique bag-in-bag machine for tea bag production. It is used to pack tea, coffee herbal medicine etc. in heat seal filter paper tea bags with string and tag, and further pack the finished individual tea bag in a plastic laminated sachet to retain the freshness for a long time

Our machine is equipped with special assembly for forming the secondary sachet from a roll of PET-poly laminate as well as most types of Paper-PE packaging film. There is a Special pneumatic robotic arm assembly with PLC control, for inserting the ready tea bags into the machine formed envelope sachets, with an orientation device.

The machine has an touch screen micro computer controller with stepper motors for the accurate sealing, and cutting position of the outer bag.

This special feature of the machine helps us to reduce the labor expenses and thereby helps in achieving production efficiency.
