Multi-Track Detergent Powder Packing Machine – Definition

A multi-track detergent powder packing machine is a fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine designed to pack detergent powder into multiple sachets simultaneously using parallel tracks (lanes).

Working Process (Step-by-Step) 1. Film Feeding

• Laminated roll (printed packaging film) is loaded.

• Film is divided into multiple lanes (tracks).
• Each track forms a pouch simultaneously.

3. Powder Filling (Detergent)

• Auger filler / cup filler fills detergent powder accurately.

4. Sealing Process

• 4-side sealing or center sealing is done.
• Heat sealing ensures leak-proof sachets.

5. Cutting & Discharge

• Pouches are cut and separated.
• Finished sachets are discharged automatically.
